Purchase and use of the service
When you buy access to the services on teorilekse.no you get access to all questions for the chosen class(es) for a certain number of consecutive hours/days. The time runs from the start of the first test. The service shall be available 24 hours/day. However, downtime can occur due to technical maintenance and correction of errors.
When you buy access to teorilekse.no you get access to a personal account with unique log-in information. Sharing of the account or log-in details will also lead to risk of abuse as other users then can charge your phone bill or your credit card.
In order to prevent illegitimate usage, we have to restrict access to a maximum of three different devices/browsers (example; you may use the service on one mobile phone and two different computers). In addition to this you may use the app on 1 tablet and 1 mobile phone.
Customer support is available every day between 9 AM and 9 PM. We provide customers with guidance regarding payment, traffic theory and general use of the service. We are more than happy to receive feedback from our customers in order to constantly improve the service we offer.
Pricing
All prices are including VAT and stated in NOK. If you pay via SMS or credit card an additional transaction fee between NOK 3 and 12 is added (depending on which pass you choose). Total prices included charges will be presented to you before you make a final order.

Teorilekse stands for quality – If you fail your exam you will get your money back (applies to all passes that include guarantee).
The majority of our customers pass their exam after practicing with our tests. To ensure you that our service is of the highest quality we offer a “money back guarantee” or a new pass.
If you for some reason don’t pass your exam after reading and understanding our textbook and doing extensive practice with our tests, you will get a new pass or your money back when fulfilling the required terms. For more details on our terms and conditions continue reading:
- You must have bought a pass on teorilekse.no with guarantee included.
- You must have registered your name and date of birth with teorilekse.no.
- You must have completed at least 50 tests, and must have passed 10 of the last 15 tests without any errors.
- You must have passed at least 10 road sign tests without any errors.
- You must attempt the official exam in one of the languages we offer on our website.
- In the lecture section on our website, in the test areas, in the videos, in brief in our entire education system; you have to encounter at least 5 different topics that are not included in our website on the exam, and you have to verify this.
- You must have attempted the official exam within 3 days of the expiration of your pass.
- You must send us a written confirmation withing 3 days of taking the exam, which shows that the theory exam was not passed (a picture of the document you get at Statens vegvesen). Send your document here.
- Upon full refund of the amount, the pass will be stopped automatically.
